My Theme – Service with a Smile, Leads to Success.
A smile is an invitation to speak, inviting people to open up, discuss needs, suggestions and complaints if they have them. Smile is an acronym.
We need to increase our Service with
Sincerity – make people feel special, we are genuine in what we do
Motivation – encourage others to help out, being positive creates positivity
Interested – listen to what people are saying, show you do care in the present
Loyalty – ownership of Lions, show people what we are doing and why
Enthusiasm – fosters the right attitude and radiates out to people
We need to get people on board and …
Leads to Success – more members, longevity/sustainability, continuing our legacy and more importantly, it boosts our own happiness.
